Ben Affleck Enjoys Christmas With Jennifer Garner and Kids
This year was Ben Affleck’s first Christmas since his split from Jennifer Lopez and the actor spent the holiday with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and their children, Violet, Fin and Samuel, People reports.
“Jen and Ben were all together for Christmas,” a source shared on Dec. 30, adding that “it’s all for the kids.”
They continued: “Jen grew up surrounded by her family during the holidays and she wants the same for her children.”
Affleck and Garner also spent Thanksgiving Day together, volunteering at The Midnight Missionat the annual Thanksgiving Fair with their children, helping to feed the homeless in Los Angeles.
“They truly love giving back to their community and cherishing quality time spent together as a family,” a source said. said at the time. A second source added that Garner “just wants his kids to be happy.”
“She will continue to make sure they spend time together as a family and include Ben,” they explained. “The kids enjoy spending time together…Jen is grateful that Ben is doing well. They’re friends, but that’s it.
Garner is currently in a relationship with John Miller. They dated briefly before breaking up in 2019, then reconnected in 2021, staying together ever since.
Affleck reconnected with Lopez 20 years after their first engagement and they married in 2022. In August, J.Lo filed for divorce. They seem to have maintained a friendship and even met for brunch at Soho House to exchange Christmas gifts earlier this month. Affleck presented Lopez with “a signed Marlon Brando book.” Lopez then enjoyed the vacation in Aspen with her sister Lydia, her niece Lucie and one of her twin daughters, Emme.
For New Year’s Eve, Lopez shared a video on Instagram of his year, declaring that “the best is yet to come”.
She added in voiceover, “I’m very proud of the way I handle all things…In my down moments, I’ve learned to just feel the feelings and let them go.”
