Tony Bennett’s Kids Battle Over $2.6 Million in Trust

Tony Bennetthis children are not consistent with each other.

The late singer’s daughters Johanna Bennett53, and Antonia Bennett50, filed a motion against their brother D’Andrea “Danny” Bennett70, on Jan. 3, noting that they had “serious concerns” about his role as trustee of her father’s estate, according to documents obtained by People. Johanna and Antonia said in their filing that they each received only $245,000 from his trust, while their brother Danny’s company RPM received about $2.6 million in commissions.

“Without more information about Tony’s income, it is unclear whether the payments Danny made to himself exceeded what he was contractually owed,” they said in their filing, per People. “Statements and management agreements provided by Danny indicate that commissions were paid to [his company, RPM Productions] appear to have been much higher than they should be based on Tony’s income.

The sisters had filed a lawsuit against half-brother Danny in June, according to the outletover assets of her father’s estate that they believe she will not be liable for after his death in July 2023 at the age of 96.
