This year’s ceremony, promising its signature blend of elegance and heartfelt tributes, will be broadcast live worldwide on Netflix on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT. Held at the historic Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in Los Angeles, the event will highlight exceptional talent in the individual, casting and stunt ensemble categories. One of the highlights of the evening will undoubtedly be the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to the legendary Jane Fonda, honoring her unprecedented contribution to the world of entertainment. To add to the charm of the evening, renowned actress Kristen Bell will take center stage as host, bringing her characteristic wit and warmth to the proceedings.

With a voting body of more than 122,000 SAG-AFTRA members, one of the largest on the awards circuit, the SAG Awards uniquely embody the power of peer recognition. The announcement of this year’s nominations, however, came under unexpected circumstances. Originally planned as an in-person event led by actors Joey King and Cooper Koch, the reveal was moved to an online press release on January 8 due to the devastating Pacific Palisades fires.
