Hair in our community is huge and because there are so many amazing designers, we had to divide them into two categories: Natural hair gurus The wig specialists! First: wigs.

Los Angeles celebrity hairstylist Tokyo Styles is an undeniable force to be reckoned with. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Tokyo made a name for herself, quickly becoming highly sought after by celebrities such as Cardi B, Victoria Monet, and Kylie Jenner. She specializes in everything from tailoring to custom wigs, and can create the perfect groundbreaking hair moment no matter the occasion.

Davontae’ Washington, represented by OPUS Beauty, has quickly become an industry favorite and his resume is very impressive. With existing clients like Ciara, Kelly Rowland, Winnie Harlow, Megan Thee Stallion, We don’t think there’s a hot girl he hasn’t touched. His NOLA roots bring a wealth of seasoned experience and unparalleled artistry.

He brought all the GWORLS together and named him “Arrogant Tae”. Originally from Chi City, Tai discovered his love of styling at an early age by watching his aunts style their hair. He took that passion and ran with it, and has since achieved exceptional results. They don’t call it “magic” for no reason, and celebrity hairstylist Magic Mike has a unique set of skills that go beyond just basic hairstyling. His ability to build different styles, work with different hair textures, and shape his clients’ face perfectly is why celebrities like Yung Miami, Ari Fletcher, and India Love can’t get enough of him. Could he be the apple of Kim’s eye? It could be as well as we are sure that Chris Appleton is respected among the Kardashian clan for his exceptional work. Known as a world-famous conceptual hairstylist, Chris is a visionary who keeps his clients like JLO and Camilla in the spotlight. Whether he’s styling a sexy wet hair look, or subtly channeling a hairstyle from the past, he definitely keeps us glued to our screens, and reigning supreme.

One thing about Theo Barrett is that he will give you drama every time. His delicate touch and attention to detail is what sets him apart from others, and as a wig connoisseur, he does not take his craft lightly. In addition to being lead hairstylist on The Sherri Shepherd Show, Theo Barrett has graced the hands of celebrities including Tisha Campbell, Porsha Williams, and Claire Solmers, among many others.
