Sunshine Coast music teacher to confront the historical crime of children’s gender

Sunshine Coast is scheduled to face a New South Wales court for sexual crimes for historical children that have occurred in the 1990s.

Nicholas John Campbell, 54, at the Magistrate Court in Marushidor, Queensland on Wednesday, where he received the guarantee.

The teacher, who works at the Matthew Flinders English College in Budrim, is facing three charges of strict sexual assault as the victim was under the authority of the perpetrator.

Prosecutors told the court the charges related to the relationship of students and teachers, as the student was under his auspices.

They were claimed that they signed in June 1996.

The court heard that the charges had taken a maximum sentence for 20 years in New South Wales.

It was claimed that two accidents occurred on the same day, while a third accident occurred later in the same month.

On Wednesday, the Public Prosecutors opposed that Mr. Campbell granted a guarantee, and described the alleged behavior as serious crimes.

They also made some concern about Mr. Campbell’s mental health, but this was rejected by the court as “speculative”.

Defense is “amazed” with a memo

Mr. Campbell’s lawyer told the court that his client was surprised that the police officers arrived at his entry threshold on Wednesday morning.

The court heard that Mr. Campbell has been familiar with the complaint since 2020 when he was expected to file a civil issue, but he has not heard anything about it since then.

The defense also submitted Mr. Campbell who had no criminal history “at all”, and in all his years of teaching this was the only complaint that I filed against him.

They said he had a good income and was “lucky” at school where he was working as the head of the department department.

The alleged accident was said to have occurred when he was working in a different school.

In a statement, Matthew Flinders Enclikan said that it took “all allegations related to employees seriously,” but she was unable to comment more because it was a continuous issue.

“We will cooperate with the authorities and follow our university policies and operations,” the school statement said.

“Our priority is still the safety and welfare of our students, our staff and our society.”

Mr. Campbell is scheduled to direct a confrontation court in Grafton, New South Wales, on April 14, when his arrest order was issued.
