Sean “Didi” Koms is a prosecution for defam

Sean “Didi” Coms has a lawsuit for the NBCUNIVERSAL Media LLC, Peacock TV LLC, and a wide entertainment about the allegations that were broadcast in its back Didi: Make a bad boy Documentary film. In the documents of the court, which is seen by Pitchfork, Didi and his legal team accuse companies of “taking advantage of the appetite of the public that are not satisfied with the content of Mr. Combs in the period before his criminal trial.” Combs seeks $ 100 million of damage.

The documentary was broadcast for 90 minutes on Peacock last month, participated in interviews with a personal guard, makeup artist and Deddy’s, as well as the Dawn Richard Lisa Bloom and R&b Artist Alb. definitely! The film was destroyed in the many allegations against Didi, who faces multiple lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, gang rape, harassment, grooming, and more. Didi is currently detained and will judge the federal charges of extortion, sex trafficking, and transportation to participate in prostitution in May.

In a statement accompanying the lawsuit, Didi Irika Wolf’s lawyer wrote:

As shown in today’s suit, NBCunivesal Media LLC, Peacock TV LLC and Ample LLC made a conscious decision to line up their pockets at the expense of truth, fitness and basic standards of professional press. Exploiting the confidence of their fans in a blatant way and the race to overcome their competition for the most naive Didi exhibition, and those accused in a harmful way and spread the recklessness of the terrible lies in Didi: Make a bad boy. In the alleged documentary, the defendants accuse Mr. Comles of horrific crimes, including serial killing and sexual assault on minors – known that there is no evidence to support them. By making and broadcasting these lies, among other matters, the defendants only seek to benefit from the appetite of the public for the scandal without any consideration of the truth and at the expense of Mr. Compass’s right to a fair trial. Mr. Combs brings this lawsuit to hold the defendants accountable for the extraordinary damage caused by their reckless data.
