Rust and the story of the documentary trailer Halina

3 and a half years have passed since the killing of the film photographer, Halina Hachchens RustToday, Hulu put an accidental history and a trailer version of its documentary on the tragedy.
Last take: rust and Halina’s story The broadcast begins on March 11 on the service owned by Disney. Watch the trailer above, and see the poster below.
It was on October 21, 2021, Rust He was appointed to the Bonanza Creek farm near Santa in, New Mexico, when a pillar gun was fired by the star and producer Alack Baldwin, a live bullet, killing Hetchins and the director of the film Joel Souza was injured. The group of media almost immediately overwhelmed, and the scene overwhelmed the case on the case on a special personal tragedy for several months, then years, with the advents of the cases and the criminal trials played. Ultimately, Baldwin was cleared of unintentional murder in late last year, but Hana Guterres Reed from the film was convicted of unintended killing and remaining imprisonment.
in Last take: rust and Halina’s storyHetchins, director of Rachel Mason, obtained an unprecedented arrival of individuals and major materials and overcoming the general narration to reveal the indescribable human story for this terrible day and all that followed – from the point of view of people in the midst of the tragedy. The film is weaved among the novels of those who were on this day and those who have not only lost a dear friend and colleague, but are still moving in the shock of antiquities.
The document is digging into two main questions: How can this happen, and how can we understand that?
The film is produced by Mason – which released a statement on Hutchins and the film that you can read below – in cooperation with Futureclown Productions. Also among the producers are Jolly Metz, Kate Barry, John Barden, Will Cohen, Jessica Grimsu, Nick Shomker and Jennifer Cepers. Among the executive producers are Dan Kojan, Lez Garbus, Tommy Corali, Lezi Fox, Cassie Miter, David Levin and Matthew Hachins.
Here is the full Mason statement:
Halina was dear to me for many reasons. She was not only, but was cooperative. While she was alive, I never imagined making a movie about it. My hope was to make films with her, and support them in all the many films that were sure to make it.
Soon after her death, Halina’s husband asked me to make this documentary. Just by making the movie, did you understand that his request should come from a protective instinct because the way she died means that her story will be in the hands of people who cannot be trusted. Often, her name was felt as a footnote in a title, a shrinking unimaginable for a person who had more than one victim.
From the beginning, my goal was to keep Halina in the middle of her story. I have made my only purpose to try to protect every piece of possible archiving that I can find so that we can build the film from her own films, and share pieces of her childhood and expertise as a migratory from Ukraine. But as with all the films, there are stages in their pregnancy cycle, and the film was formulated in a different direction.
The story of her last movie, Rust, is closer to the center because the demand for answers was very cool. It was understood. I also, I participated in despair for answers about how she died in this way. So my central task has become how to make a movie about Halina, which did not allow her death to be distressed in her life. I had to be awake and protect.
Thus, the goal has become how to make a story about Rust, a story about Halena. It became clear when she realized that her death was fundamentally linked to this final film. She died to do the work you like to do. The fact that the media ignored, because it was never the center of the story.
Halina was easily and quickly with those who worked to rust, love and admiration for those I met in the group allowed me to contact them immediately. It also allowed me to deal with the horror of their experience on that devastating day, October 21, 2021, when everyone’s life was shattered.
It is often said to be in a collection of films, the crew becomes like a family. With every family there is a drama, there are friendships, fighting, and all the rest of them. Rust was not different. Halina died in the midst of one such experience. One typical films everywhere, but the difference here was the bullet, however, one can say in the middle of each tragedy on one group is one link in a reaction chain. Everything should have happened in the way it happened in order to get this result.
The rust is finished under the most intense scrutiny that can be imagined for a movie. No person from abroad was allowed to document what was happening, except for our small crew. This is because they understood our relationship with our attire. The staff who came with me was to see Halina’s friends and classmates. The only people you have entrusted to the people who knew and loved them. Our film is a picture of the experience of those with whom Halina spent on the last 12 days, which, through their efforts, hopes to present the world a very incomplete image of Halina.
Another take: RUST and Halena’s story – “Last Take: Rust and Halina’s story”, transcends Halina’s friend, director Rachel Mason, the general narration of revealing the human story that is indescribable to this terrible day and all that followed – from the distinguished point of people in the middle of the tragedy. The film is weaved among the novels of those who were on the rust group that day and those who have not only lost a dear friend and colleague, but they are still moving in the shock of antiquities.
