Rock Hall 2025: Oasis, White Airlines, Outkast, and more nomination for incitement
2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fami Lami here. Of the 14 Up for Industation, they return the oasis of the candidates, The White Strips, Mariah Carey, SoundGarden, Joy Division and New Order, as well as first orders including Outkast and Phish. Recruits will be announced in late April, before a ceremony in the fall.
Cyndi Lauper, Bad Company, Billy Idol, The Black Crowes, Chebby Checker, Joe Cocker and Maná complete the list of candidates. A handful of 2024 non -critical candidates did not make the brief list this year: Sinéad O’Connor, SADE and Eric B. & Rakim. Three of the unconfirmed honorees will be chosen in April, awarded for musical influence, musical excellence and Ahmed Irtigon Award, not the artist.
