OG Esports appoints Daniel Sanders as new CEO

European eSports Organization Esports OG The appointment has been announced Daniel Sanders As the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Sanders joined OG Esports in 2023, initially serving as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and will now be tasked with shaping the strategic direction of the organization.

Sanders has more than two decades of experience in gaming and esports, including prominent roles at Tencent Games and Red Bull. He was also a former director at esports organization Dignitas.

Prior to joining OG Esports, Sanders served as the Director of Marketing for OG Esports Luckbox betting platformand left the company a few months before the company closed its B2C operations.

Founded in 2015 by Johan ‘n0tail’ Sundstein, OG Esports is a popular esports brand known for its efforts in Dota 2 which include winning The International in 2018 and 2019. Aside from Dota 2, it currently includes squads in Counter-Strike 2 and Rocket League. . Previously held a list in Valorant But the team was disbanded at the end of 2022.
