Mike Levitte talks about garbage with a new fake sculptural exhibition with mutant brands

Your article “Small Carbon Feet” is a small comfortable coup journey on Tykes on a game, created from filled wooden platforms. It is very sincere of the original. Did you have a coup tour to return it?

Did the TV advertisements delay commercials? Is creating sarcastic works like a family member of the family?

See, I was born in the year when the stars war came out. I was only a child born in a child, left for my own devices for long periods of time, and I kept the company through TV, cartoons, baseball cards, movement numbers and all the required commercial marketing with these things. If there is anything, then I hate the marketers behind it – and the people of our day – who continue to promote the strength of young people as a targeted audience. So, yes, pop culture, television and commercial advertisements are very similar to me. And their misguidance feels very familiar. I am the type that has always happened with my friends and family – explaining each other, we love each other – by giving each other.

I can’t imagine that you are ignoring like a serious monk, these brands should feel like the elderly friend for you. Does working in this type of satirical visual language seem to play in a familiar sand box, or do you feel that you are speaking with a comfortable tone, such as Latin pig?

I definitely felt this sometimes, especially in the middle of the process while making the work for this offer. 20 years ago, when I was about to graduate from college, I decided that I wanted to try to live in art, but I had no idea how to start. I had a lot of ideas. Many ideas. The opposite of the writer’s bloc. The professor told me that I had to stop filling the drawing books with ideas; I needed to start making something with my hand or was raising me. So I decided to make something of graphics in my book. I thought about my thoughts and drawings like inspiration, such as the flash cards that I was studying. Then I expanded to all the other artists who inspired me. So the idea – being unwanted on the baseball card – I will make trading cards from my drawing books, along with the other artist who inspired me. For a while I thought about making it in a group of playing leaves, so I can play literally with my options. I went back to this brainstorming position a lot over the years. For a set of work, I can know my components – symbols, elements or language that I want to mess with – but I never know at first how to collect them together. I imagine throwing them into a lottery ball like acrobat, or printing on the openings of the opening machine where I can pull the lever to choose different groups randomly. I will not say they are like old friends. I would like to say that brands are like soldiers. Sometimes we coexist like oil and water. What is this old saying about keeping your enemies near?
