Paris Hilton Says Her Son Wants to Be a Firefighter After Losing Home

After The simple life star-who shares 2-year-old Phoenix and London14 months with husband Carter Reum— lost her $8.4 million Malibu home in the Los Angeles fires, she detailed what he wants to be when he grows up.

In a video interview with TMZwhile holding her son during an outing in Los Angeles, the 43-year-old explained, “He said he wants to be a firefighter.”

When Paris was interviewed alongside her son – who adorably wore a hat emblazoned with ‘Big Bro’ on the front – she also shared more condolences other residents who have lost their homes.

“I’m just heartbroken for anyone who’s lost everything,” Paris continued. “Families with children, animals. It was just heartbreaking to see what happened to California.”

And while Phoenix’s career aspirations were inspired by the tragedy, the family is also doing what they can to support the community during the turbulent time. In fact, Paris provided insight into fostering a pet, Zuzu, who was displaced by the Altadena fires.
