Octomom Nadya Suleman Shares Rare Update on Life With Her 14 Kids

Nadya Suleman works on her fitness – and so are her 14 children.
The 49-year-old, who was famously nicknamed “Octomom” after he had the world first set of surviving octupletsrecently shared a glimpse into her family’s active lifestyle.
“Healthy, fit family,” she wrote in a December 15 Instagram postalongside photos of her and her children spending time at the gym, “staying strong and thriving together.”
While the mother of 14 posed in a black and gray workout set, her children took some of the workout equipment – although one of them ended up using the machines as a pillow. And if that’s not enough proof that Nadya encourages her children to prioritize health and well-beingshe also included pics of her veggie-filled grocery haul, homemade juices and a lively salad paired with a bowl of fruit.
In addition to her 15-year-old octuplets Noah, Maliyah, Isaiah, Nariyah, Makai, Josiah, Jeremiah and JonahNadya is a mother Elijah23, America22, Joshua21, Aidan18, and 17-year-old twins Caleb and Calyssaall of which were conceived through IVF.
