Korean singer Witong Mit in 43

The famous K-POP singer and songwriter Choi Whee-Sung, known for his theatrical name Wheesung, was found dead at his home in Seoul, South Korea on Monday night, according to the local police.
The cause of death has not yet been determined. Seoul police said that a great deal of time had passed before the discovery of his body and there were no signs of wrong play at the scene.
“We left the artist Wheesung. He was found in a heart attack at his residence and his death was announced later.” The company said that its fellow artists and employees “in deep sadness.”
Wheesung is famous for his strong songs and emotional songs in 2002 with a successful album R&b Like a movie. His fame has increased over the years that followed during his work throughout the species, mix R&B, pop and hip hop. But his career achieved a devastating success in 2021 when he was condemned for the regular use of strong anesthetic propofolol. He was sentenced to one year in prison, suspended for two years. He continued to perform in the wake of the accident, but he no longer leads the same crowds or sales of music.
According to the local newspaper Korea Times, Wheesung discovered unconscious in his apartment in the northern Guanggen Go area in Seoul at 6:29 pm, emergency respondents entered his home after responding to an emergency call from his mother.
The singer was to meet his manager early today, but he did not appear and could not be reached. His mother, who lives in the same residential building, went to verify it and found it unwilling.
