Brazilian Influencer Dead at 45 After Undergoing Anesthesia for Tattoo

The life of a Brazilian influencer has been cut short.

Ricardo Godoiwho gained an online following for posting social media content about luxury cars, died on January 20 at the age of 45 after going under general anesthesia to get a full back tattoo, according to the owner of the tattoo studio that oversees the procedure.

“What happened was he went into cardiac arrest at the beginning of the sedation and intubation,” said the studio owner, who described Godoi as a “great friend.” Daily Mail in an interview published January 22. “That happened before she even started tattooing him.
