Unusual skyscraper transformations with an outdoor area

Zhaa Hadid Architects (ZHA) revealed plans for an attractive new skyscraper in Tbilisi, Georgia. The building model of the building, which fluctuates with its height, has a practical use, which creates outdoor terrace for those inside.
Cityzen Tower is located at a former Soviet military headquarters and is part of a larger development in the neighborhood. We do not have any information about its precise height yet, but it will host 42 floors, so this is a medium -sized tower and not some of the great giant.
The internal size will be 57,000 square meters (about 613,000 square feet), and it will host office spaces on the lower floors, while the upper areas will be eaten through the residential area. On the lower floors, the stands will host green spaces and provide external social spaces for workers in the office, then increase the tower they will form balconies for apartments, providing views of the surrounding garden and the city horizon. The layout of the stands was also informed of the sun’s position and wind fears.
The company says: “On the knowledge of the circulating hills that intersect with the river valleys that pass through the city’s scene in Tbilisi, the design of the Citizine Tower by the engineers of Zahi Hadid reflects its context at the intersection of the city’s urbanization and its natural environment.” “The detailed analysis of wind and solar energy has thrown elements with a 42 -storey tower design to ensure the optimal comfort of the population and visitors to the public squares in Citzen, external brochures and recreational areas.”

Negativ
Although there is nothing really sustainable about building a large concrete, steel and glass tower, Zha will reduce carbon fingerprint using local suppliers and recycled materials wherever possible. In addition, the building will apply rain water collection and reuse it via a site tank. The green spaces used will also be local and do not require irrigation.
The project is scheduled to be completed in 2028 and comes at a crowded time for ZHA, with other prominent projects from the company including Napoli Porta Est MasterPlan and the Shenzhen Financial Technology Institute.
