Brody Jenner Details How a Jessica Alba Movie Inspired Daughter’s Name

Brody Jenner and Tia Blanco had the sweetest inspiration for her daughter’s name.

The Hills alum revealed that he and Tia have the 2003 dance film Honey starring Jessica Alba to thank for their 17-month-old daughter Honey Ray Jennerhis name

“She loved that movie, and I actually did too. I’ve seen it,” Brody shared The Julia Cunningham Show from SiriusXM Jan. 22. “It’s a great movie and I don’t know for some reason because she had picked a different name, Honey just clicked.”

He continued, “She says, ‘What about the name Honey?’ and I was like, ‘I really like that.’ You can just call your daughter Honey. Her skin, it seems, is like honey.”

In the film, Jessica played Honey Daniels, a dance instructor from New York City with big dreams of choreographing for some of the biggest names in hip-hop.

After welcomed their daughter in July 2023Brody admitted that his little girl immediately danced her way into his heart and turned his world upside down.
