Taylor Swift Mourns “Destruction” Amid Devastating Los Angeles Fires

Taylor Swift does her part in the midst of a delicate situation.

Following the January 7 outbreak of several wildfires across the Los Angeles area, the “I Did Something Bad” singer shared a message on social media about the effects of the natural disaster.

“The fires in California have destroyed so many families, and it’s been heartbreaking to watch these stories unfold,” Swift wrote in an Instagram Stories post Jan. 16. “So much suffering, loss and destruction.”

The 35-year-old-who is dating Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce-went on to encourage her followers to get involved in the ongoing relief efforts as she shared a list of organizations she has made donations to.

“As so many people begin some of the most challenging times of their lives, there are also many great organizations and groups working together to help these communities rebuild,” she continued. “If you feel compelled or able to donate, please do.”
