Before 2025 VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) season, Riot Games It announced details surrounding the team’s expected 2025 capsules, along with other esports-focused cosmetic items.

For 2025, the developer and publisher will release Team Capsules, Champion Sets, and Season Capsules featuring a unique Melee theme. More information about Season Capusle will be shared later in the year.

Here’s a breakdown of everything you need to know about the 2025 VCT pods.

A total of 48 VCT teams will have a team capsule to reflect their participation in the 2025 season.

All VCT partner teams – along with newly promoted teams BOOM Esports, Nongshim RedForce, Apeks, XLG Esports and 2GAME Esports – will have their own capsule available for purchase.

What’s in the 2025 VCT Team Capsule?

Each team capsule contains the following items:

  • Classic look with a design inspired by the team and brand.
  • The Achievement Tracker examines teams that have achieved a number of VCT achievements.
  • Player card 2025.
  • In-game spray from 2024 VCT Team Capsule.

Teams that win VCT events will have their classic look outfitted with the winner’s flair to celebrate their achievements.

The price of one VCT Team Capsule is 2,344 VALORANT Points (~£22.28).

The cheapest way to get the points needed to obtain a Team Capsule involves spending £22.50 on 500 VALORANT Points and 1,890 VALORANT Points.

Players can purchase Team Capsules from the in-game VALORANT eSports store where customers can inspect each capsule before purchasing.

Why are VCT pods important for teams?

VCT Team Pods are an integral part of the VALORANT eSports ecosystem.

Besides allowing fans to support their favorite teams, 50% of net profits generated from sales are split across all VCT partner teams.

Riot Games He says sales of the 2024 VCT Team Capsules and Champions Collection generated “over $44 million (~£36.3 million)” from the sale of digital goods.
